Your reservation is not confirmed until we have received the required deposit and notification of same via e-mail or telephone. A 100% deposit is required to confirm holiday packages.

Deposit deadlines

To be determined at the time of reservation. If the deposit is not received within the determined timeframe the reservation will be cancelled.  


- Reservations canceled more than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival will not be charged and the deposit will be refunded.
- Reservations are held for late arrival, but a no-show on the confirmed date of arrival, without prior communication, will result in cancellation of the remaining reservation.

Early Departure

Payments will not be refunded in cases of departure prior to the confirmed reservation departure date.
